I am working with Shamai and Anna to create an online course that provides students with the necessary skills and tools to successfully transition to postsecondary education. Below is our course overview and outline.
The decision to create a course geared at preparing students for life after high school was near and dear to my heart. Sadly, this year our school lost our academic counselor and the seniors have been left to struggle through the bombardment of overwhelming tasks on their own. Teachers and community members are doing as much as we can to help our students be successful, but if we had a course like this to give them step-by-step instructions there would be much less stress and anxiety over the entire process.
Our team will use the overview and outline to help guide as in the creation of the course and supporting documents. The outline in particular was put together to give us a roadmap to follow as we create this course in future weeks. We will be able to look back at these documents to make sure we have satisfied all of the objectives our team initially set out to complete.

Indeed. The Course Outline is the roadmap for the course and it helps to organize all materials as you move forward.
